Do you really hate going to the gym? Do you get annoyed with long workouts and just need to get your SWEAT on? Here are some amazing workouts you can do in under 10 minutes in your own home, as soon as you get out of bed, as soon as you get home from work, while your kid is watching a show or eating a snack or playing outside.
I’ve been known to whip out a few exercises at the play structure. That’s what I would call a “win-win”. Kids are outside getting exercise and wait for it, so is mama. There is absolutely no excuse not to SWEAT every day. Please check out the workouts below, pick one and do it! If you find one you really like, I would suggest doing it 3 – 5 times in a week. Then, I would try a different one and do that one 3-5 times the next week. Then, find another one and do that one 3-5 times in a week. Do you get what I’m throwing down? That’s right, SWEAT every day. On the days you aren’t doing one of these workouts, go for a walk… or a jog or play a sport you love, take a dance or karate class. All I’m saying here is… SWEAT.
- 10 Minute No-Equipment Home Workout, Full Body Exercise
This one is great. You SWEAT, you get your heart rate up and you feel like you actually did something. Give yourself a high five once you complete it.
2. 10 Minute HOME Workout for Women – No Equipment Needed
This one is a little more intense on the cardio. Athlean-xx Women offers some simple exercises to do 5 times through. Believe me, you will be SWEATing at the end. Also, the math on this one doesn’t add up with 3 minutes of exercises done 5 times through because that equals 15 minutes. but who cares – if the 10 minute marketing “bait and switch” gets you working out, you can give yourself another high five.
3. 10 Minute Total Body Strength Workout For Beginners
If you don’t have much experience with SWEATing, then this is the workout for you. Lindsay Brin of Moms Into Fitness explains the exercises well and you can challenge yourself as needed. I would still aim to do this 3-5 times a week and then go for a 20-40 minute walk on the other days. You got this!
4. 8 Minute Morning Workout (Fast Morning FAT BURNER)
This workout is a little more advanced, but it’s only a rockin’ 8 minutes. For the 8 minute workout, you do 4 exercises twice through, but she gives you the go ahead to do them 4 times through (16 minutes) if you’re feeling ambitious. I say go for it!
5. 7 Minute Workout
If you’re into robots, this workout is for you. Just kidding, you don’t have to like robots to SWEAT. Mostly because robots don’t really SWEAT, but you do. So give it a try and then do it again the next day.
Get your SWEAT on every day. No excuses.
