It’s time to reconnect. To myself.
I am taking some time away from social media and will be diving into doing some deep spiritual work. I have learned so much in the last year about energy healing and energy clearing on myself and I am ready to clear some old patterns and learn how to help others clear their energy/spiritual related blocked shit.
I have been connected to this type of work so much over the years, but wasn’t truly believing it was actually my life purpose. Now, I cannot help it. Every part of me is screaming to keep learning and teaching those around me (who are willing of course) about the tools, knowledge and experiences I have gained.
There is a movement happening with a wave of more and more spiritual/energy workers because the world is shifting. Many of us are looking for something deeper. Something that is not related to consumerism and waste and greed and disregard for environmental issues.
The energy on earth is changing. You can feel it from all the politics going on in the world. The kids speaking up against the politicians and the NRA in the U.S.; the anti-racism movements; the #metoo movement; women taking a stand in all industries. People are tired of the status quo and are ready for change. Many of us are first finding the change within so that we can live our true purpose. Usually it involves serving. When we feel that we are helping people, we feel rewarded and fulfilled.
Here is a great video of Russel Brand reminding us that we are way more than our five senses. He describes it so matter-of-fact. Not everyone knows or understands how to listen to their gut feelings or the energy they might be feeling around friends, family or co-workers. We are all made of energy and it’s time to step into that knowledge and find our best selves. EVERYONE has the ability to be psychically connected, but not everyone chooses to or feels called to. The more you connect with yourself through meditation, nature and silence, the more the answers are shown to you and the more your gut starts to speak – loudly.
I need to disconnect from the phone and from the shittiness of social media. It’s too much. It’s a constant bombardment forcing us to react or compare and it’s addictive. This article “Our minds can be hijacked” explains what many of the tech moguls are doing to back off from the social media tornado they helped create.
In today’s world of marketing, the fastest way to share what you are promoting is through social media. If I didn’t have a blog or didn’t like writing or the health industry, I would cut it all out. I don’t enjoy feeling like I always need to post and keep things active online, but in order to make a living off something you love, you need to promote it. I hope to find a happy medium after I take my break and dive into offering my energy/spiritual knowledge. I want my kids to play outside; to know how to be present in each moment; to know how to navigate being alone and know how to be confident no matter what people say. If they aren’t learning it at home, what are they picking up everywhere else. Screens are EVERYWHERE.
Things I am looking forward to doing on my break.
⦁ Daily meditation (or maybe just 2-3 times a week depending on the family) where I routinely clear and run healing energy and the highest good through the Physical body, the Emotional body, the Mental body and the Spiritual body.
⦁ Reading/studying more on protecting my energy and the energy of my family and home.
⦁ Taking on more Reiki clients
⦁ Build my confidence with the stuff that has always come naturally for me.
It’s time for me to take a break. I’ll see you when I’m ready.
EAT MORE VEG; SWEAT daily & don’t forget to BREATHE.
